Full Guarantee:
Should a candidate placed by Slate terminate employment for any reason with 90 calendar days following the first day of employment, Slate Personnel will replace that candidate with an equally qualified candidate at no additional charge.
When replacement occurs, Slate Personnel must have exclusive right to replace within a reasonable length of time, to be determined when replacement occurs. If we are unable to replace the candidate, a credit for half of the original fee will be held towards your next placement.
Extended Guarantee:
Slate Personnel offers a fair and equitable Extended Guarantee in effect up until the 12th month following the first day of employment on every candidate. If replacement is required for the candidate after the 90 day (3 month) Full Guarantee period, Slate will replace any candidate for a pro-rated percentage of our original fee:

Life Time Guarantee:
The Lifetime Guarantee is in effect after the Full and Extended Guarantee periods have expired.
Should the candidate place by Slate Personnel terminate employment or be promoted within your company, we will replace your next employee at a rate of four (4) percentage points less than our regular rates.
Permanent fees are not transferable unless approved by management.
